We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Corporate Communications Manager to lead and manage our corporate communication, including restaurants, shortlet, and nightlife club.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, driving consistent communication across all channels, and ensuring strong brand visibility, reputation, and engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication and content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
Lead brand storytelling across digital platforms, press, campaigns, and on-ground activations
Oversee and manage content calendars across social media and communication channels
Write and edit high-quality articles, press releases, brand stories, campaign scripts, and internal communications
Monitor, analyze, and report on communication and social media performance, using insights to optimize strategy
Manage brand reputation, public perception, and influencer/media collaborations
Stay up to date with industry trends in hospitality, digital communications, and media relations
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Lead, manage, and mentor the communications and social media team
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years experience in corporate communications or digital marketing, with proven hospitality experience (restaurant, shortlet, or club)
At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong portfolio of successful brand, communication, or social media campaigns
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical abilities
Proven team management and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
