Core Responsibilities




  • Meat Preparation: Marinate beef, chicken, or lamb with spices, oils, and seasonings to achieve the signature shawarma flavor.

  • Spit Setup & Cooking: Stack and secure meat onto a vertical rotisserie, monitor heat levels, and ensure even roasting.

  • Slicing & Serving: Skillfully shave thin slices of cooked meat as it roasts, ensuring portions are fresh and well-cooked.

  • Wrap Assembly: Prepare shawarma wraps or plates with bread (like pita), vegetables, sauces (garlic sauce, tahini), and sides.

  • Ingredient Prep: Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and ensure all components are ready during service.



Kitchen Operations




  • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.

  • Monitor inventory and restock ingredients as needed.

  • Ensure equipment (rotisserie, knives, grills) is clean and functioning.

  • Work efficiently during peak hours to serve customers quickly.
