Job Summary




  • We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent service standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services).

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs.

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

  • Prepare reports for senior management / owners.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role in an hotel.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., PMS systems) and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong financial and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Proximity to work location is preferred.
