Job Purpose




  • The Motion & Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating both static and animated visual assets that enhance the quality, clarity, and engagement of LMS video courses.

  • This hybrid role is critical in delivering visually compelling, pedagogically sound, and scalable content across 106 courses within a high-volume production environment.

  • The role requires a balance of creativity and efficiency, with a strong focus on consistency, speed, and adherence to digital learning standards.



Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation:




  • Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for LMS video content

  • Translate scripts and instructional concepts into engaging animated sequences

  • Create animated infographics, explainer visuals, transitions, and lower thirds

  • Develop reusable animation templates to support scalable production

  • Work closely with Video Editors to integrate animations seamlessly into videos



Graphic Design (Static Assets):




  • Design high-quality visual assets including slides, icons, illustrations, infographics, and course thumbnails

  • Convert complex course content into clear, visually engaging designs

  • Ensure all static designs align with brand guidelines and learning objectives

  • Create reusable design templates to accelerate production timelines



Collaboration & Production Support:




  • Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Leads to ensure visual consistency across all content

  • Maintain and organize a centralized asset library (graphics and animation elements)

  • Ensure all outputs are optimized for LMS platforms (resolution, size, usability)

  • Participate in review cycles and implement feedback efficiently

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, workflows, and production efficiency



Performance Expectations (KPIs)




  • Support delivery of 1 video every 4 working days per editor

  • Contribute to team output of 25 videos per month

  • Develop reusable templates to improve production efficiency by 20–30%

  • Ensure high consistency across all 106 course videos

  • Maintain low revision rates through quality-first design execution.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree or recogin Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in both graphic design and motion graphics

  • Proven experience in e-learning, instructional design, or explainer content is highly desirable



Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in:




  • Adobe After Effects (motion design & animation)

  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (graphic design)



Working knowledge of:




  • Adobe Premiere Pro (for integration support)

  • Figma or similar tools (for layout and UI-based design)



Strong understanding of:




  • Animation principles (timing, transitions, storytelling)

  • Layout, typography, and color theory

  • Designing for digital and video-based platforms
