Visit and negotiate with the supplier in your region, cooperate with suppliers and make an agreement on device supplies daily or weekly.
Maintain smooth communication with suppliers on a daily basis, conduct inventory checks and devices status verifications every day. Every Monday, synchronize with suppliers, and field work.
Any time when the devices are sold, retrieve, loss or damage, must record it and ask the relevant BD to sign the device management form, then report it immediately carry out corresponding retrieving and replenishment actions.
Manage your inventory and devices belongs to your team, strictly check device information, accurately distribute devices to BDs and fill in the devices management form and sign suggested that each BD should have less that 3 devices with them during to your leader.
Strictly supervise the implementation of your team on a daily basis, conduct accompanying visits, guide and assist BD in business negotiations, and improve the team's sales capabilities.
Ensure all the promotion activities and campaigns are well known and executed in your team on a daily basis. Motivate your team to strengthen team morale and cohesion.
Supervision and assistance to the team in reminding overdue customers (CPD1) to make repayments on a daily basis, ensuring that the team's overdue rate(CPD7)remains below the requirement line.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Sales, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field.
0-3 years of experience in related role in the financial industry.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Proficiency in using transaction monitoring systems and tools.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
