We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and drive sales performance in Benin City.
The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within Benin and surrounding areas.
Execute sales strategies and promotional activities effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and market insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in local sales, preferably in Benin City.
Must be resident in Benin City.
Experience in the home appliance industry is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of the local market and distribution channels.
