Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field 


• Minimum of 1–2 years teaching experience in a primary school 


• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics 


• Good classroom management and organizational skills 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 


• Ability to differentiate instruction for varying learning abilities 


• Proficiency in using teaching aids and basic technology tools 


• A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching children 

Added Advantage

• Experience working with children with diverse learning needs 


• TRCN Certified


• Training or certification in phonics (for English teachers) 


• Familiarity with activity-based or inquiry-based learning approaches
