JOB SUMMARY

The Chief Financial Officer will be the Head of Accounts, holding himself accountable to only the CEO and Board, and also holding every single staff that manages financial services accountable to him, across all branches of the Company. Together with Chief Operation Officer, the Chief Medical Director, the Company Secretary, he will co-manage every single aspect of the hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.


• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Finance/Accounting) is highly desirable.


• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAN)


• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.


• At least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.People without competitive experience should not apply.


• Experience in private healthcare financing or specialty hospitals is an added advantage.


• Experience in financial planning, corporate finance, and risk management.
