Role Overview
- We are seeking experienced and results‑driven professionals to manage and support daily operations within our Quick Service Restaurant outlets on Lagos Island. Successful candidates will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving efficiency across restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Supervise, motivate, and manage staff during assigned shifts or across the outlet
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer complaints
- Support sales targets, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic financial reporting as required
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and reduce wastage
- Ensure compliance with company policies, QSR standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support staff training, onboarding, and continuous development
- Prepare daily or shift reports and escalate operational issues when necessary

Restaurant Manager:
- Full responsibility for outlet performance, profitability, and team leadership
- Oversight of inventory, vendors, reporting, and compliance
Shift Manager:
- Lead operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise staff, manage service flow, and ensure shift targets are met
Supervisor:
- Support daily operations and frontline staff
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food preparation standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a QSR or fast‑paced restaurant environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and people‑management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving ability
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
