Job Responsibilities




  • Drive sales of the company'ssolar and renewable energy products and solutions.

  • Identify and develop new customers and markets.

  • Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals for solar projects.

  • Conduct site visits, basic load assessments, and client presentations.

  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solutions.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.

  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance reports.

  • Represent John Holt at industry events, meetings, and client engagements.



Job Requirements




  • HND / BSc Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of sales experience (solar / renewable energy preferred).

  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems and hybrid solutions.

  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.

  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
