Job Summary
- We are seeking a result-driven and competent Field Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and engaging directly with clients within assigned territories.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B field sales, particularly in selling industrial, agricultural, or mining machinery and equipment.
- This role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals—while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and present suitable products or solutions.
- Promote and sell industrial, agricultural, or mining machinery and equipment.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (field and/or telesales).
- Prior experience in B2B field sales is mandatory.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience selling industrial, agricultural, or mining machinery and equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and work ethic.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
