Job Summary




  • We are seeking a result-driven and competent Field Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and engaging directly with clients within assigned territories.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B field sales, particularly in selling industrial, agricultural, or mining machinery and equipment.

  • This role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals—while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories.

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients across relevant industries.

  • Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and present suitable products or solutions.

  • Promote and sell industrial, agricultural, or mining machinery and equipment.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Minimum of HND in a relevant field.

  • At least 3 years proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (field and/or telesales).

  • Prior experience in B2B field sales is mandatory.

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience selling industrial, agricultural, or mining machinery and equipment.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and work ethic.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
