Job Summary




  • The Procurement Lead will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities of the organization.

  • The role requires strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings

  • Oversee purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities

  • Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Proven experience in vendor sourcing and relationship management

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools

  • Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent).
