The Procurement Lead will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities of the organization.
The role requires strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings
Oversee purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Analyze market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities
Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proven experience in vendor sourcing and relationship management
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools
