Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff exit processes.
Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labor Law and company policies.
Oversee staff attendance, shifts, and workforce planning (especially for store operations).
Manage performance appraisal processes and staff development initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
