Key Responsibilities

• Machine parameter settings, mould changeover and process optimization.


• Minor breakdown trobleshooting and root cause analysis.


• Rejection control, quaility improvement and wastage reduction.


• SACMI CCM (Compression Moulding) machines end-to-end production handling.


• Daily monthly production planning and target achievement.


• Coordination with maintenance, quality and utility departments, shift management and safety compliance.


• We are looking for a production technician with strong experience in caps and closures manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in a related field.


• Experience: 3 - 7 years in CCM caps manufacturing.

Required Skills:

• Deep Knowledge of CCM process and molds.


• Production efficiency & OEE improvement.


• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.


• Proficiency in material handling (HDPE / PP).
