We are recruiting on behalf of our client for result-driven Field Sales Executives to drive market expansion across Lagos.
The successful candidate will manage the full partner lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to ensuring active usage of the digital logistics platform.
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard high-volume merchants in strategic commercial locations
Conduct hands-on onboarding and training for merchants on digital tools and platform usage
Recruit and onboard delivery riders/couriers to support merchant operations
Negotiate and close partnerships with business owners and key decision-makers
Execute field strategies to drive brand awareness and platform adoption
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure retention and growth
Requirements
Minimum of a National Diploma (ND)
2 - 3 years’ experience in field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
Proven ability to close B2B deals and manage client relationships
Experience in e-commerce or logistics is an added advantage
Strong digital/technical skills with the ability to train non-technical users
Good knowledge of major commercial hubs in Lagos
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
