JOB SUMMARY:



The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the company’s market presence, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, partnership development, and overseeing sales performanc to ensure the company meets its busines growt objective.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Develo and implemen strategi busines developmen plans to achieve targets.

  • Identif new markets, client segment and investments opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and competitors analysis to inform business decisions.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary. 

  • Lead negotiations and close high value deals.

  • Provide professiona  advisory services to clients on property investments.

  • Work closely with the sales team to design and execute campaigns that drive leads.

  • Ensure proper documentation and follow up on clients transactions  

  • Support branding initiatives to enhance company visibility. 

  • Analyse data to guide strategic decision-making.



QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,  Marketing,  Real Estate or related field. 

  • MBA or a professional certification is an added advantage. 

  • Minimum of 4 - 8 years' experience in business development or sales (preferably in real estate)

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
