Responsibilities
- The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), developing and scheduling engaging content, monitoring SEO/SEM performance, executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing website and campaign analytics using tools like Google Analytics, and preparing monthly performance reports.
- The role also requires close collaboration with the sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and lead generation targets are met.
- The Digital Marketer is expected to stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve online visibility and engagement.
Educational and Skills Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Candidates must possess at least three (3) years of proven work experience in a digital marketing role, with a demonstrable portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Essential skills include proficiency in social media management tools, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing platforms, and graphic design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, data-driven decision-making ability, project management competence, and a working knowledge of content management systems are highly desirable.
