Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our administrative operations and contribute to the smooth running of our office environment.

  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff across departments.

  • Ensure timely maintenance and proper functioning of all office equipment.

  • Supervise office cleaners to maintain a clean and professional working environment.

  • Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Manage the fueling process and track usage of company pool vehicles.

  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and on time.

  • Monitor vehicle usage and maintain relevant logs and documentation.

  • Promptly identify and report any defects or issues in office facilities and vehicles.

  • Support the Admin Lead in tracking and renewing vehicle documentation.

  • Assist in ordering and managing office supplies and equipment inventory.

  • Address and coordinate resolution of any issues arising in expatriate residences.

  • Collaborate with the Admin Lead to ensure efficient and effective office operations.



Qualifications and Experience




  • Minimum of a 2nd class HND/ B.sc./BA degree in any discipline

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
