Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.


• Welcome and engage guest in a professional and friendly manner.


• Take drink order accurately and efficiently.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.


• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.


• Ensure proper storage of drinks and bar supplies.


• Check identification where necessary and comply with legal drinking age regulations.


• Handle guest request and resolve complaint promptly.


• Process payment in line with cashless policy.


• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
