Job Description




  • Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs) that drive measurable business results

  • Lead the development and execution of the organization’s People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and exits

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management

  • Design and implement learning and development initiatives, including leadership and capability development programs

  • Manage employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication frameworks

  • Develop, standardize, and enforce HR policies, processes, and SOPs

  • Provide advisory support to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational matters

  • Oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure efficiency where applicable

  • Track, analyses, and report HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making

  • Proven track record of driving performance and accountability in a mid-sized organization



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • CIPM certification is mandatory (SHRM/HRCI is an added advantage)

  • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience. (3–5 years in a leadership HR role)

  • Solid understanding of current HR and workplace trends

  • Strong change management and leadership skills.
