Job Objectives
- To lead the technology platforms supporting Agency Banking operations, ensuring scalable financial inclusion services, reliable agent transactions, and seamless integration across digital banking channels
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage agency banking platforms, agent applications, and device ecosystems.
- Oversee onboarding systems for agents and aggregators.
- Ensure platform availability supporting cash-in/cash-out and financial services.
- Lead integration with switches, wallets, core banking, and settlement systems.
- Monitor agent transaction performance and platform utilization.
- Implement fraud monitoring and transaction risk controls.
- Coordinate PTSPs, device vendors, and field technology support teams.
- Optimize agent settlement, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Drive innovation supporting financial inclusion and rural banking expansion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for agency banking.
- Support deployment of new agent services and digital capabilities.
- Manage operational dashboards and performance analytics.

Job Requirements
- Education University: Candidates should possess a B.Sc., B.Tech. or B.Eng. (Minimum of 2:2) in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Physics Electronics.
Certifications:
- ITIL v4
- Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2).
- Digital Banking or Fintech Certification
Others:
- Minimum 10 years’ IT/FINTECH experience
- Strong exposure to agency banking, fintech, or payment platforms.
- Experience managing distributed transaction platforms.
