Job Purpose




  • The Field Sales Marketer will play a key role in driving adoption of MySmartMedic by taking the product directly to communities, businesses, and healthcare touchpoints.

  • This role focuses on increasing awareness, building trust in digital healthcare, and converting prospects into active users of the platform.



Key Responsibilities

Market Activation & User Acquisition:




  • Promote MySmartMedic through field campaigns, activations, and grassroots marketing.

  • Drive app downloads, registrations, and first-time consultations.

  • Engage directly with individuals in markets, offices, campuses, religious centers, and public spaces.



Product Awareness & Education:




  • Clearly communicate the value of AI-driven health insights combined with access to trusted Nigerian doctors.

  • Demonstrate app features and guide users through onboarding and usage.

  • Address common concerns around telemedicine such as trust, cost, and ease of use.



Community Engagement & Trust Building:




  • Build relationships with community leaders, pharmacists, and local influencers to promote adoption.

  • Represent MySmartMedic as a reliable and accessible healthcare solution.

  • Conduct health awareness conversations to position the app as a first point of care.



Partnership Development:




  • Identify and engage SMEs, corporates, pharmacies, and healthcare providers for partnerships.

  • Support onboarding of organizations for group or subscription-based access.

  • Generate referral channels to sustain continuous user growth.



Sales Execution & Reporting:




  • Achieve defined targets for downloads, active users, and conversions.

  • Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, leads, and outcomes.

  • Provide regular feedback on user behavior, objections, and competitor activities.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




  • Number of app downloads and verified registrations

  • First-time consultation conversions

  • Active user retention rates

  • Number of partnerships secured

  • Daily/weekly activity reporting consistency



Required Qualifications & Experience




  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, or related discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct marketing, or customer acquisition roles

  • Experience in telecoms, fintech, FMCG, or healthtech is an advantage

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets



Key Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills (English + at least one local language)

  • Confidence in engaging diverse audiences

  • Basic digital literacy and the ability to demonstrate mobile apps

  • Resilience, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
