Provide on-going support for all business technology solutions, ensuring that the services provided to users are the highest possible standard within the resources available
Work with service desk to support user request and delivery.
Support testing activities to ensure developed solution meets documented requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify issues.
Meets with business department’s representatives, systems owners, and end users to gather business, financial, operations requirements and systems goals; to identify and resolve systems issues.
Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business applications.
Requirement:
4 - 6 years post NYSC cognate work experience in a reputable organization/institution. At least 3 years user support experience
