Responsible for the delivery of employee engaging activities as well as all Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) related administration.
Prepare letters of introduction- Bank, Pension Fund Administrator (PFA), Embassies etc. for all full-time employees.
Partner with business units on all employee engagement activities.
Conduct periodic survey to evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement activities
Requirement:
A first degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration etc. or another relevant field
4 - 6 years’ experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, or Employee Relations Specialist or HR Consultant within a reputable and structured business environment, preferably a multinational corporation.
Experience as an HR Generalist, open to being cross trained
