Support the receipting, dispatch, planning, reporting, and provision of analysis for restocking of non-hydrocarbon items stored in the material warehouse & other third-party locations.
Provide developmental plan for the improvement of warehouse staff in the key areas of customer service, health & safety, inventory management & optimization for business efficiency, growth & profitability.
Ensure all fixed assets received into the warehouse are adequately tagged physically for identification and tracking purposes.
Ensure all fixed assets dispatched from the warehouse are delivered on time and tracked by locations for onward use by the fixed assets accountant.
Conduct periodic categorization of items with users, prompting discussions on the obsolete or useful status to optimize inventory management.
Compile and timely submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory, optimization, and operational reports.
Requirement:
1st degree from a reputable tertiary institution
4 - 6 years post-NYSC work experience in a similar role with a reputable and structured business environment.
Good knowledge of inventory management, fixed asset accounting, supply chain demand, and supply planning principles.
