The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and promoting the bank’s products and services to meet assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for the bank’s products.
Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and referrals.
Requirements
Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower Division
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
