The HR Officer will support the effective delivery of human resource operations across the organization.
The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure proper documentation
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback tracking
Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate and timely employee data
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience
Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good organizational and administrative abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
