Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for the Head of Risk, Audit, and Compliance.


• The role involves overseeing the organization's risk management framework, conducting market and enterprise risk assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and overseeing internal audit functions.


• The candidate will be responsible for developing compliance programs, identifying potential risks, and providing strategic advice to ensure financial and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Market Risk and Enterprise Risk Management


• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance standards and practices


• Highly developed Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial and risk-related data


• Expertise in Finance and a deep understanding of financial principles


• Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities


• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders


• Advanced degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred


• Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or similar are a strong advantage
