Job Description

• We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven leader to head our Premium (Scheduled VIP Operations) business in Nigeria.


• This is a high-impact executive role for a professional with strong expertise in luxury aviation services, client relationship management, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, elevating premium service standards, and delivering seamless VIP flight experiences for high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for premium and VIP scheduled operations


• Secure and manage high-value clientele across corporate, diplomatic, and government sectors


• Drive revenue growth, route optimization, and product differentiation within the premium segment


• Oversee end-to-end VIP operations with a focus on punctuality, discretion, and excellence


• Maintain world-class customer experience standards and personalized service delivery


• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements


• Lead and develop a high-performing premium operations and concierge team

Requirements

• Extensive experience in aviation, premium services, or luxury client operations


• Proven success in business development and revenue generation


• Strong understanding of NCAA regulations and international aviation standards
