  • We are looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to manage the reception, support office administration, coordinate travel, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome visitors, manage calls, and handle correspondence

  • Maintain a tidy, professional front desk and office environment

  • Support internal meetings and general office administration

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics

  • Oversee office facilities and liaise with maintenance vendors.

  • Monitor cleaning staff performance and ensure common areas are well-maintained.

  • Maintain stock of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.

  • Support general office administration and documentation as required



Qualifications




  • 3 - 4 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles

  • OND holder in Business Administration or relevant field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highest level of ethical behavior and discretion

  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in a dynamic work environment

  • Proactive, with excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • PA experience is an added advantage.

  • Work effectively, professionally, and tactfully with diverse teams, senior staff, and external partners

  • Must be between 21- 25 years of age.
