Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field

  • 4-6 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Experience supporting programmes within public health, development, or NGO sectors is an advantage

  • Proven experience in conducting research and preparing professional reports.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings

  • Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and summaries for programme and executive use

  • Support coordination with government agencies, NGOs, and implementing partners

  • Arrange and manage local and international travel (flights, accommodation, itineraries)

  • Manage both professional and limited personal scheduling where necessary
