Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to hotel premises.


• Conduct routine patrol of the hotel and surrounding areas.


• Observe and report suspicious activities.


• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencise, and incidents.


• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.


• Assist in managing crowd controls, during events or busy periods.


• Provide support to guest and staff in security related matters.


• Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities.


• Operate and monitor CCTV and other security systems.


• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
