Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos for a Cyber Security Manager.


• The role involves overseeing the organization's cybersecurity framework, implementing robust information security protocols, performing vulnerability assessments, and managing application, network, and information security initiatives.


• Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with security standards, and responding to potential threats effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with Application Security and developing secure software practices


• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity strategies and frameworks


• Expertise in Network Security, including securing networks and managing firewalls


• Skills in Information Security and maintaining data confidentiality, integrity, and availability


• Proficiency in conducting Vulnerability Assessments and implementing remediation plans


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with other departments


• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CISA, are highly desirable


• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• Experience in the financial, renewable energy, or asset management industries is an advantage
