We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the consumer goods industry, specifically in the bakery and FMCG sectors.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving direct sales execution, expanding product availability, and increasing market penetration across retail and distribution channels.
This role demands someone with a strong understanding of distributive trade, retail, and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be results-oriented with a passion for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth across retail, wholesale, and distributive trade channels within assigned territories.
Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors to increase the product's market reach.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that products are consistently available across all assigned territories and sales channels.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance regularly to the Sales Manager, ensuring goals and targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
Hands-on sales experience in distributive trade, retail, wholesale, or modern trade, preferably in the consumer goods or FMCG sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively to meet goals.
Must know how to drive, with access to reliable transportation for fieldwork.
