Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, responsive, and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Representative to support our operations on Saturdays and Sundays.


• The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media


• Process orders and provide accurate information about products and services


• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally


• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary


• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention


• Support weekend operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field


• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Basic knowledge of using CRM tools and social media platforms


• Must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented

Mandatory Requirement:

• Candidate must reside in or around Osapa, Lekki (proximity is strictly required)

Work Schedule:

• Days: Saturday & Sunday (3PM)
