About the Role
The Telemarketer will be responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers over the phone, presenting our products confidently, and converting leads into successful sales. You’ll be the voice of our brand — so professionalism, clarity, and persuasive communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Detopsy Engineering’s products
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations to drive conversions
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, strategies, and customer engagement approaches
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally and close deals
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities
- Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy (CRM experience is an added advantage)
