Job Summary




  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of Itel mobile devices, increasing market presence, and ensuring strong visibility across assigned territories.

  • The role requires active engagement with retailers, distributors, and end customers to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Promote and sell Itel mobile phones within assigned territory

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners

  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at retail outlets

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback

  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance

  • Educate customers and retailers on product features and benefits

  • Ensure compliance with company policies (including IMEI and sales reporting standards)



Performance Metrics




  • Sales volume and revenue targets

  • Market coverage and new customer acquisition

  • Retail visibility and merchandising compliance.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any related field

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the mobile phone or FMCG industry

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure

  • Good knowledge of the local market and sales territory

  • Basic understanding of smartphone features and technology
