Job Summary




  • The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their design needs, recommending suitable wallpaper and molding solutions, and closing sales.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with professionals in the interior design and construction industry.



Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales:




  •  Welcome walk-in customers, interior designers, architects, and contractors.

  • Understand customer design goals, project scope, and budget.

  • Recommend suitable wallpapers, moldings, and décor solutions based on needs.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.



Product Knowledge & Demonstration:




  • Maintain strong knowledge of all wallpapers, moldings, and accessories.

  • Explain product features, installation benefits, and aesthetic advantages.

  • Provide samples and catalogs when necessary.



Showroom Management:




  • Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Arrange product displays and ensure samples are well presented.

  • Assist with stock checks and inventory management.



Customer Service & Relationship Management:




  • Build long-term relationships with designers, developers, and home owners.

  • Handle inquiries in-store, via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in retail, décor, construction materials, or interior design sales (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.

  • Ability to understand design preferences and make creative recommendations.

  • Proficiency with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer applications.

  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and customer service orientation.
