Job Summary




  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging Customers, promoting our shortlet apartments, and converting inquiries into bookings.

  • The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.



Key Responsibilities




  • Confident and able to approach and engage customers

  • Promote available apartments, services, and ongoing offers

  • Convert walk-in inquiries into immediate or scheduled bookings

  • Provide accurate information on pricing, locations, and amenities

  • Assist customers with booking and payment processes

  • Liaise with the operations team for real-time availability

  • Maintain records of daily inquiries and conversions

  • Ensure the workspaceis clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

  • Must be presentable and professional

  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends
