Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Promote and market the company’s properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and social media marketing is an advantage.
- Smart, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Must reside in Lagos, preferably around Ajah or its environs.
