Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties and services.
- Create engaging online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers.
- Coordinate promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing activations.
- Prepare marketing reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility and awareness across all marketing channels.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or real estate marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Smart, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Must reside in Lagos, preferably around Ajah or its environs.
