• To provide accurate and precise results that helps doctors diagnose, treat, and monitor disease. Ensure accurate specimen collection, uphold safety and compliance standards, and support efficient laboratory workflow. The role enables reliable diagnostic outcomes and contributes to the operational performance and revenue growth of the Alimosho PPP Laboratory.

Must have skills

• Ensure proper labeling and storage of specimens


• Conduct laboratory investigations in different sections accurately.


• Ensures equipment calibrations and maintenance are done at due time.


• Perform quality control test and action QC Violation appropriately.


• Ensures proper documentation of test procedures and results.


• Communicate critical or abnormal results promptly to doctors.

Good to have skills

• Medical Laboratory Scientist must ensure accurate laboratory testing, quality control, proper equipment use, and reliable reporting of results to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
