  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing & Sales Executive based in Asaba.

  • The role involves identifying and targeting sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company’s energy solutions.

  • The Field Marketing & Sales Executive will also execute marketing campaigns, engage directly with clients, gather market insights, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales and revenue goals.



Qualifications




  • Sales and Business Development skills: Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals effectively.

  • Marketing and Campaign Execution skills: Strong knowledge of promotional activities, market research, and brand building.

  • Customer Relationship Management skills: Proficient in managing client interactions, fostering long-term relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Communication and Interpersonal skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills: Competence in analyzing market trends and data to develop strategies and resolve challenges.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective at working independently in an on-site setting.

  • Previous experience in energy, sales, or relevant industry is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
