Job Description

• Promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.


• The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.


• Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.


• Generate leads and follow up on prospects to close sales.


• Prepare and deliver marketing presentations and proposals.


• Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns where required.


• Organize promotional events, campaigns, and activations.


• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.


• Prepare periodic marketing and performance reports.

Qualifications/Education

• Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years experience in Marketing, sales, Business development or related role.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.


• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.


• Proficiency in Marketing softwares.
