Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Brand Management:
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity and reputation
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Supervise public relations and corporate communications:
Digital & Traditional Marketing:
- Oversee digital campaigns, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Manage traditional marketing channels such as TV, radio, print, and events where applicable
- Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies:
Market Research & Analytics:
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity
- Use data analytics to improve marketing performance
- Monitor KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, CAC, and customer lifetime value
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor marketing teams
- Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and operations departments
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Revenue & Growth:
- Drive lead generation and customer engagement
- Support sales growth through integrated campaigns
