• You will ensure clinicians, patients, and systems work seamlessly.

• Manage clinician onboarding and scheduling


• Oversee patient callback workflows


• Improve operational efficiency


• Build SOPs


• Coordinate support teams

Requirements

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3 years in operations, healthcare operations, startup operations, logistics, customer operations, or process management. Startup experience is highly desirable.
