Responsibilities

Technology Strategy:

• Develop and implement the company’s technology roadmap


• Align technology initiatives with business objectives


• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends


• Drive digital transformation and innovation

Leadership & Management:

• Lead software engineering, IT, data, and technical teams


• Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent


• Establish engineering standards and development processes


• Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical departments

Product & Engineering Oversight:

• Oversee system architecture and software development


• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of platforms


• Approve technical designs and infrastructure decisions


• Monitor product delivery timelines and quality

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure cybersecurity best practices


• Maintain data privacy and regulatory compliance


• Manage risk related to technology systems

Budget & Operations:

• Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships


• Optimize infrastructure and operational costs


• Oversee cloud services, tools, and software procurement

Stakeholder Communication:

• Present technical strategy to executives and investors
