We are seeking a high-level and visionary Head of Sales & Strategic Partner to drive our revenue growth and market expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for securing high-value commercial and residential projects while building long-term alliances with architects, real estate developers, and corporate clients
You will lead our sales team, define market strategy, and ensure our manufacturing capabilities perfectly align with premium client demands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development: Identify and penetrate high-growth segments (luxury residential, hospitality, corporate); to increase market share and close high-value contracts for bespoke manufacturing and interior design.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain a "referral ecosystem" represent the brand at industry exhibitions and design weeks to foster C-suite relationships and create partner incentive programs.
Sales Leadership & Team Management: Oversee sales and design-consultancy teams by setting clear KPIs; collaborate with Production and Logistics to ensure quality standards; mentor the team in "consultative selling" (selling spaces and experiences rather than just units).
Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning: Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing; collaborate with Marketing to refine the brand’s value proposition, focusing on craftsmanship and design innovation.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (an MBA is an added advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Furniture, Real Estate, or Luxury Design industry.
Negotiation: Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing project deals.
