Job Summary




  • We are seeking a creative, result-driven, and experienced Brand & Marketing Officer to oversee the company’s branding, marketing, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth across all social media platforms and marketing channels.

  • The successful candidate should be highly skilled in social media management, branding, graphic design, event coordination, content creation and marketing.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to increase visibility and business growth.

  • Manage and grow all company social media platforms through engaging and consistent content.

  • Create and schedule high-quality content across social media channels.

  • Design marketing materials such as flyers, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and promotional content.

  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to improve online presence and performance.

  • Plan and coordinate brand campaigns, activations, and company events.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.

  • Develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement.

  • Track and analyze social media and marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.

  • Build and maintain strong brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and customer acquisition.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years proven experience in branding, marketing, and social media management.

  • Strong knowledge of social media growth strategies and digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or related software.

  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.

  • Experience in event planning and coordination is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
