Description

• We are seeking to engage an experienced and result-driven Civil Engineer to join its team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years proven experience in civil engineering and project supervision


• Strong experience handling residential developments, including luxury and high-end projects


• Hands-on experience in high-rise developments and large-volume construction projects


• Excellent project management and site coordination skills


• Ability to manage contractors, artisans, timelines and project delivery effectively


• Sound knowledge of structural works, construction methods and quality control processes


• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines


• Strong reporting, communication and leadership skills


• Proficiency in the use of relevant engineering and project management tools/software is an added advantage


• The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, technically sound and capable of independently driving projects to successful completion.
